What Is a Qualified Contact Inquiry?
One buyer plus one machine counts as one qualified contact inquiry.
Multiple messages from the same buyer about the same machine within 30 days count only once.
Fair Billing
If the same buyer submits several messages about the same machine within 30 days, it is counted as a single contact inquiry.
If the same buyer asks about different machines, each machine-specific inquiry is counted separately.
